Shipping

We ship worldwide, direct from the studio. There are no marketplace listings and no retail stockists — if you have an Allura product, it came from here.

How an order works

Nothing is charged on this site. You put the pieces you want in the bag and send the order; the studio replies with an invoice that lists the items and the shipping, and you pay against that. So you see the full cost and agree to it before any money moves — which is the opposite way round from a checkout.

What shipping costs

It is worked out per order — by weight, by where it is going, and by how fast you want it — and quoted on the invoice. A single 100 g mask and a box of six do not cost the same to send, and we would rather quote the real number than average it into the price of everything.

Outside the United States

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the country the parcel arrives in, not by us, and they are the recipient's to pay. We cannot predict them and we do not collect them.

Clay Cleanse is clay taken internally, and a number of countries restrict importing supplements by post. If you are ordering those two from outside the US, say so when you order and we will check before anything ships rather than let a parcel be destroyed at a border.
